  Third time we have tried to go pick up our EZ tag in 2 months and...the system was down AGAIN time. So frustrating, YET Takisha was incredible! Super understanding and helpful especially considering it's been harder on the employees who've been unable to do their jobs and have had to deal with angry customers. Thanks for being you, Takisha!

  This place was awesome!! I had an awesome experience. I went in with my 9 year old, immediately I was met at the door by a nice lady. She directed me where to fill out the paperwork, I filled it out, and my daughter held my place in line. When I got up to the counter a young lady was extremely nice and respectful and she was very knowledgeable about how everything works Cuz I had a million questions since this was my very first ez tag. The whole experience took less than 15 minutes!! I would recommend this place for anyone!!! Excellent customer service!!!!

  First off there are many explanations online as to how the toll road in Harris County works. If people would just read the terms and conditions they would understand what they were signing away to. It's not that hard people that's why we have lawyers and attorneys because we have stupid people who sign any document without reading! The terms and conditions are there plain as day before you sign it. If you don't like the service then close your account good luck trying to get around Houston without and EZ Tag or a Tx TAg. They are toll road systems in Texas, The East Coast even the West Coast , Florida soon all over in the US with government entities running the show in the background with attorneys and a panel of judges you can't and you won't win because at the end of the day you signed that paperwork and apparently do not follow instructions. I really don't understand how as American constituents you don't do your own research then you would know instead of complaining about everything. Don't blame the representatives they have a job to do clearly and if your angry maybe you should get involved with who represents your city that Toll road will make money with or without your account. Yes I'm a lawyer and I have an account but I read everything before I sign.
