- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆When first moving to Texas (Humble) from New England, we quickly decided on insurance (home and auto) through Ralph Hawkins as he seemed very personable and honest. At that time, both my husband and I were in his office asking him questions which he answered with great confidence. One question we both remember the answer to was about auto windshield coverage as it was offered by all insurance carriers in Massachusetts while we lived there. Ralph told us it definitely was covered without a deductible. Shortly thereafter a large rock broke my husbands windshield and suddenly Mr. Hawkins could not remember this or back it up. I wonder what else he told us that was wrong. We quickly changed carriers for less than half the cost for the auto policy for the same coverage and the homeowners was much cheaper as well. I did not like writing this negative review but felt others should be aware.By Susan Morlock, July 13, 2017
