- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service!!! They let my car insurance cancel and reached out after 3 weeks to ask for a copy of the drivers license that they showed was expired. Drivers license was not, nor ever expired. I was riding around with no car insurance even though still drafting payment from my checking account. I was told by a staff member that my policy was not canceled even though it was. Not only no insurance but I have a lapse in coverage which can affect your rate. I like State Farm but not this agency, horrible customer service!!!!By LaCharro Weathersby, January 05, 2017
