- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been banking with First Convenience Bank for close to a decade. I'm currently working on switching banks. Problems over the years include: Unauthorized $30 charge onto my account from a bar downtown somewhere. Bank told me to piss off and never refunded my money. Denied a credit card application. Got two cards elsewhere with 100% paid in full on-time payments. Denied an auto loan application. Got one somewhere else with 100% on-time payments. They charge something like $30 for checks, so I have to spend money to be able to spend my money. On the plus side, their hours are decent for a bank. The mobile app is pretty good.
