- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I can honestly say that I'm not a picky person. I have worked in customer service for 4 years; I know all about customer service and it was terrible here. There was no eye contact, and the teller talked over me and held a conversation with the guy behind me. When the teller did speak to me, she talked to me as if I were a child. I needed a page of checks and asked if I could pay cash (which has always been an option for me at other chases) and she said no and automatically charged my account.By Maritza Flores, April 18, 2017
