  I shipped a glass framed package in August 2017. The clerk/manager was present & I told her what I was shipping & the purpose of the package. I was told the package "looked" good & shipping it out, and it arriving in time, would not be an issue. She asked if I wanted insurance. I told her the value of the package, and she said $500 would cover it. She was helpful and I felt confident when leaving. She put numerous "fragile" stickers on it.The package was badly damaged and sent back to Texas. I followed up using the tracking number. I was told I would be contacted when it arrived. The date had passed for the event that the package was needed. I was not called, but went back the the store myself. The same woman was there and we opened it at the store. Glass was everywhere and the frame and object in the frame were ruined. At that point, I said that I was glad I had purchased the insurance. I never received any communication from this store or UPS inc. After returning back to Texas on September 14, I went to the store. The manager was not there, so I left my name and telephones number. Did not get any response, so I went back to the store on 9/15. I had spoken with UPSinc who stated that this was the store's issue. I had been told by the manager that all disputes had to go through UPSinc. There was a check dated 9/14/17 in the amount of 73.56. At that point, said I was not accepting that amount as final payment. I contacted UPSinc again, and attempted to speak with the manager. I was told she wa busy and would return my call. Have not received any communication. At this point, I may have to file a small claims lawsuit to get anyone to communicate with me re: getting the $500 insurance coverage I had purchased from the store.

  Horrible experience today ! When I walked into the store , I was horribly looked at by Male Hispanic employee . He didn't help me with my questions and concerns regarding my package. I am going to spread the word about this specific location , EXTREMELY POOTHE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! MANAGER PLEASE FIX IT !!!
